As the central entertainment space of this home, the recreational area was in need of designated seating. Designer Jackie Kiracofe mixed new and existing furnishing pieces to create a contemporary, functional seating space to be the center of entertainment gatherings. The need for flexible seating and a variety of surface space resulted in a cohesive blend of materials, patterns, and forms.

The main hangout, this living room needed a fresh, contemporary look that delivered maximum comfort. Inspired by the existing neutral color palette, Interior Designer Jackie Kiracofe brought in natural textures and comfortable seating that made for a breath of fresh air.

On a cliff next to the Mississippi River, this home features hints of rustic with a lot of style. Designed for events or guest stays the spaces required lots of function and durability. Featuring a mix of textures and earthy materials that pull in the tones of nature from the windows view.

As a secondary residence, designer Abby Craighton wanted to create an inviting space suitable for both hosting and living. With concrete floors, walls of windows, and a very modern shell, this type of space could lend itself to feeling cold and not welcoming. By paying attention to the warm colors and cozy textures, Craighton gave the spaces the warmth needed without sacrificing the modern style. Blending in some dashes of industrial and masculine flair created the exact outcome the client desired and an outstanding final space!

Working with the client’s love of all things hides, designer Jackie Kiracofe worked with texture and leather to bring this minimal industrial space to life. Keeping things simple, letting the lines and subtle colors speak for themselves.

Design partners Jackie Kiracofe and Timothy VanRheenen created a perfect blend of function and comfort for this client’s living and dining space. They layered warm, inviting leathers, and neutral textured fabrics to create a beautiful and livable environment.

 A true guest escape playing into classic 1900s motifs in the modern era. The Asian-inspired toile wallpaper sets the tone yet is enhanced with a classic jeweled tone color story. Brass accents throughout, including the statement crystal chandelier that draws you in from the door.

Starting from the ground up, designer Jackie Kiracofe captured the perfect stylistic blend for this new build project. By expertly coordinating rustic and traditional design elements, with a hint of glam, she created a cohesive space that is warm and welcoming.  Natural materials and a soft color palette create a cozy, yet sophisticated space.

Taking design elements from the ever popular, Modern Farmhouse style, Designer Alex VonAshen ups the ante by bringing in his own design style to this space. Combining rustic touches, traditional lines, and multiple textures, gives this space the warm, inviting style these homeowners were looking for.

A full lower-level remodel to suit the style of the current homeowner and the rest of their home style. This remodel needed to hit a few different goals – comfortable, aesthetically pleasing non-typical theater room in a modern industrial design, with rustic masculine style, and a dash of glam. Designer Abby Craighton and Design Partner Eve Sloan kicked off the remodel with the full-scope design plan and worked hand in hand with local contractors and suppliers to execute the full vision for their clients.

Stylish yet ergonomic. This organic space with a mid-century flair has a mix of workspaces for solo or group tasks. Solid walnut was used in many of the pieces from the adjustable height standing desk to the custom conference table by Dwell Wood Shop.

This client needed a multipurpose space that would not only be great for entertaining, but a personal space to cozy up in. Designer Jackie Kiracofe created rooms within the space, one for conversation, one for piano ‘concerts’, and another perfect for family movie nights. She then incorporated cohesion with texture and color palette inspired by the client’s artwork and exterior landscape.

Elevated style and comfort to enjoy the fireplace and outdoor views. This space was designed to give a relaxing TV-free retreat enhanced by the deep sofa and cozy chairs.

After getting to update most areas of the house, it was finally time to create the retreat for themselves that this couple was missing with their current design. Building off the perfect bed, designer Abby Craighton designed the room with earth-inspired colors and calm. Paying attention to not only the layout but the functionality of the storage spaces, and extra seating in the nice-sized primary bedroom. Art and bedding finished off the space to become the relaxing getaway they longed for!

Taking note from this client’s tailored classic style, designers Jackie Kiracofe and Timothy VanRheenen created a bright and charming space. Classic patterns with a spark of metallics were pulled together for a timeless look that elevated this home’s traditional appeal.

A homeowner’s personal lounge. This stylish and fun space features a mix of rich colors, textures, and patterns. A little vintage/modern gives this space such an eclectic edgy vibe. 

Advising on the overall design of this new build project, Designers Abby Craighton and Eve Sloan, made sure the spaces reflected a casual inviting air. The furnishings, textures and colors were chosen to exude a mix of transitional formality and livable luxury. This home was made for a comfortable, beautiful life.

While the over all tone for the house was designed in a very Mid-Century modern vibe, the style of the client varied. Designer Abby Craighton, expertly mixed in the homeowner’s love for Scandinavian and Bohemian design, and minimalism to create a very eclectic combination with the right amount of balance and finesse that makes it work. Proving that yes, Eclecticism can be minimal!
