Minimal Mid-Century

Minimal Mid-Century Living Room Fireplace

An eclectic design mix while staying minimal

While the over all tone for the house was designed in a very Mid-Century modern vibe, the style of the client varied. Designer Abby Craighton, expertly mixed in the homeowner’s love for Scandinavian and Bohemian design, and minimalism to create a very eclectic combination with the right amount of balance and finesse that makes it work. Proving that yes, Eclecticism can be minimal!

Building or remodeling a home comes with a lot of moving pieces — and one of the biggest questions is always: What does the timeline actually look like?

From early planning and selections to construction support and the final furnishings layer, great design is a process that unfolds in phases (not all at once). Our latest blog walks through what each stage really feels like, why timing matters, and how thoughtful planning creates a smoother, more cohesive home from start to finish.

Because a well-designed home doesn’t happen by accident — it happens with intention from day one.
